Rental rates:

Low season:
20th  of September – 30th  of June
except 20th  of December – 7th  of January

till 5 persons 150 Euro / night + VAT (7%)
Each further person will pay 15,00 Euro + VAT /night. Minimum stay 3 nights. Animals costs 5 Euro per night.

Examples: 8 persons 195 Euro ( 24,38 Euro per person / night)
10 persons 225 Euro( 22,50 Euro for person/ night)
11 persons 240 Euro ( 21,82 Euro for person / night)
If you stay 7 and more nights, there will be a discount of 10% !

High Season:  
1st of July – 19th of September and 20th of December – 7th of January:

same price as above , minimum stay 5 nights
Each further person the same price as above and minimum stay 5 nights
Discount like in low season.

Final house cleaning: 80 Euro
You have the option to rent bed linen and towels for 8 Euro each set for your staying or bring on your own. Prices include electricity and water
Costs for heating (and hot water) will be 1,30 Euro for 1 liter oil, counted by a meter.

Minimum stay low season: 3 nights
minimum stay high season: 5 nights
